APPLETON CHURCH RETURN...

We did another little trip back to Appleton Church in October 2016 to follow up on the first visit. This was not strictly a GHT Investigation, although Colin Smith and Joan Smith were joined again by their good friends and colleagues Andy Thom and Michelle Vanda Scott.

The evening did prove quiet with the exception of owls and cows making a noise, but for spirit activity the church ruins proved to be sadly void of action.

A further attempt to continue onwards towards Binham Priory was thwarted by heavy rain, which although we arrived at the priory, it was agreed it would be too slippery under foot to safely proceed. Also there did appear to be much building and restoration work being carried out on the priory church making access difficult.
