Pendolino arrives at Colcester..!!

The Class 390 Virgin Trains Pendolino has now arrived at Colcester...!!

This has been purchased to mainly run on the Garden Loop when built, but I have run it around the shed to test it out - some curves were a bit sharp for it and caused a few derailments, and it didn't like the gradients at all, this is all mainly down to the long wheel base of each unit and the incline being just a fraction too steep for it.

However, it has completed enough circuits of the upper loop line, including the curves, to give it a good run around the layout.
