More from the Depot...

Okay, what can I say? The Depot at Colcester has come along leaps and bounds...!!

The main changes are the parking area has been added, the ballasting on the tracks has been completed and a few details like street lights and barriers for the crossing have been incorporated into the plan.

There are a few extra touches still to be added, a bit more foliage here and there, the road ramp up to the bridge needs to go in and OHLE masts need wires.

I also have the first three of many point motors which will be fitted, these first ones are designated for the three points in the Depot. They haven't been fitted yet as we need some extra wire to connect to them as they need to feed under two boards and along to the position where the switch will be for each point.

Apart from the Depot area, the other major works included some track maintenance and the long awaited replacement of the remaining Hornby gradients with Woodland Scenic ones.
