Viaduct line - Concept art

With work on the Colcester South Junction completed and the re-aligned Viaduct loop in place, thoughts can now turn towards adding in the scenics to this area. Items have already been purchased to help with this and i have drawn up a "concept picture" of how i would like the first part of the viaduct to look as it leave from the junction itself. You can see from the picture that the idea is to have some arches with small businesses under them tucked into a little side road which leads off from a major road junction, another glimpse of the Ring Road first seen on the Depot Road Bridge and also at the Four Gallows Roundabout in Furman Smithy Village. Also it will see the start of a road incline which head up onto the City board once in place along with a start on the water meadow area which borders the river that the viaduct will cross over next.

A full length drawing of the whole viaduct will be done at some point which will give me a blueprint to work from, just as has been done for each section of the layout so far.
