COLCESTER GETS NEW STREETLIGHTS...

Colcester roads are getting a facelift...!! The main Ring Road and some other streets in the city will be getting some more modern looking lights to enhance the city centre and improve junction visibility for road users.

Furman Smithy Village will not be included in this scheme due to the conservation order placed on the village which requires the current streetlights to remain in keeping with the surrounding environment.
