THIRD AZUMA UNIT ARRIVES AT COLCESTER DEPOT

Colcester Depot has taken delivery of a third Azuma unit for LNER services which will use the Depot as a stabling point. The Azuma units come in 5, 9 and 11 car sets and whilst initially the Depot has three 5 car sets there is enough space to handle the other two formations.

LNER are quite keen for Colcester Depot to handle other operations too and this may lead to another Class 91 arriving at some point but this has not been confirmed.
